I have set the scope to the field.

Created an alerts profile > applied it to the folder > deployed it. made changes on the device but we are not getting alerted
already made sure that i have set the email recipients are set. For example when the device is offline or powered off or a new SD card is installed or the battery is running low. None of these are working. Even though they are checkmarked in the profile.

License error on CETERM client but the server is showing a license file for the MAC address

Customize Audio/Beep for 5250 Emulation error
Hi all
i would like to know if is it possibile to set a particular tone (different from barcode read or type in keyborad) when the system (Ibm i -As400 in this case) write a 5250 screen with MSGALARM activated

Avalanche 6.1 Cant enroll IOS 10 device
Hello everyone, running into a small problem here..
So we have the latest Wavelink® Avalanche Console Version 6.1.106.496
We have a little over 1000 Android MC40 devices on there, and I'm trying to enroll a NEW iOS device to pilot some new applications.
Device Information: IPhone 5S 64GB Version 10.1.1
I have attempted to enroll it using two different methods
1.) Avalanche Smart Devices - Apple MDM
I got this link from one of the You Tube videos.
I have received various errors.
At first and for the longest I get a error message that the Enrollment id is wrong.
Then that the password is wrong.
then I get a red error that says Password is wrong, but I still get the "AGREE or DISAGREE" button.
After I hit AGREE
I have made the enrollment id very simple and I know its not wrong.
I have attached a screen shot of the error.
Getting to this step is really hard.. most of the time it wont go that far.
2.) I tried using the following method from one of the articles. https://[Your Smart device server address]/mdm/
I tried using the IP address and the FQDN in the smart device server address.
We have a publically signed Cert and do not currently have any issues with managing our android devices.
It doesn't actually do anything. when I type that into browser.
any Input or feedback would be highly appreciated.

Where are Avalanche licenses actually stored? In the DB or in the installation directory somewhere?
I understand that the licenses are added through the web console (6.x) and are visible in the same area, but where are they actually being stored? I am curious to know, based on a DR planning effort.

All Avalanche MC 5.3.1 packages are "corrupted".
I suddenly cannot configure nor clone any software packages in the Avalanche console. Attempting to configure gives me the error "Operation Failed (unable to sync package)" with a "repair" option that also doesn't seem to do anything when clicked. Luckily my packages are still being delivered to the devices, but I need to make a change to one of the packages and cannot. Any ideas?

Query regarding custom report
Hi,
We are using 5.3 version of Wavelink in our organisation. We are trying to pull the report from the web console, but we are not able to get the expected columns.
Would we be able to customise our report by selecting the columns manually? Because when we are checking we could see the fixed columns for each and every table.

lowering ftp timeout in CETerm scripting
Hello Guys,
I am using a ftp in CETerm script to send out a text as login. We will send request and after that we logout, without more data exchange. The problem is, when there is a problem with server. it takes a lot of time to find out it can't connect.
Is it possible to lower the timeout for the FTP? It takes like 60s to find out that there is a problem, which is a problem.

eine Naurtech-CETERM (5.7/5.9) zu installieren.
Nach der Installation kommt folgende Meldung:
Wenn ich die Naurtech-CETERM dann aufrufe, kommt folgende Meldung:
Ist die Naurtech_version nicht kompatibel mit dem Handheld-OS ? Hat jemand da ähnliche Erfahrungen gesammelt.

F1 key is not working on Zebra MC32N0
Hi, We are using MC9190 with WL telnet 7.3.146 and all function keys are working fine. Now we are migrating to MC32N0.
We exported the config file (.wltna) and imported it into the WL configurator 7.3.303 to keep the same configuration parameters.
But now, we figured out that the F1 key is not behaving as in the MC9190. The function expected is to go back to the previous screen/menu, but it is not happening with MC32N0. It looks like the F1 key is not working at all.
We tested the key at Program Diagnostics screen and the key code is the same on both PDAs (3B00). Even the regular key is displaying the right key code (letter a = 0061).
does anybody know what is causing it?

Emulator 5250 Session Terminated
Good morning,
We have been facing an ongoing issue with our scanners randomly disconnecting users from their sessions with the message "AS400 session has been terminated". It happens at completely random times and has no pattern, rhyme or reason about it.
The wireless has been tested extensively and was actually updated this past year. I have personally stood in the areas and walked through the areas of the facility for hours while our network admin monitored my connection. I never dropped wireless once, and the connection to AS400 never went down, either. I have also verified that the scanner will have wireless connection when the session terminates. So the APs are ruled out.
I have read multiple accounts of setting keep alive parameters and rekey issues with SSH, but this is apart from that because it can work for hours without ever terminating the session. At other times I have seen a session terminate six times in thirty minutes.
I have attempted contacting the manufacturer of our scanners, but we only have hardware warranty.
I appreciate any and all help I can get, I'm by no means an AS400/5250 Emulator professional.
I'm just a lowly helpdesk technician and my manager kind of dumped this into my lap after attempting to fix it for two-three months.
If I can provide any further information, let me know. I will actively watch this forum and respond as fast as I can.

We start a new project on one existing customer, who using previously some Zebra MC91 under WCE, with telnet CE
Now we change to MC92 android, with lastest version of velocity, using the standard interface (green menu)
I have just a little problem with the Reset key. When you press a bad fonction key, the session is lock until a reset was send by client.
How to have this function working again, or maybe disable the "reset required" like in TelnetCE?

Appending last octet of IP for terminal ID not working correctly
Using telnet client 7.0.12. Im trying to create a workstation ID of "rf" and the last octet of the IP. Everytime I do this, it ends up being RF101. I dont know where the 101 comes from....it isnt from my IP address. Any ideas?

Problem with VT100 session - function key
In VT100 session you must press the ENTER key after a function key. it's possible automatically send the ENTER key after a function key?
My device is a WinCE MC9200 handheld Mobile Computer.
